If you arrive to Hungary by plane we suggest you take this opportunity as its price is quite reasonable and it is also one of the most comfortable ways to come to Pécs from Budapest. Only for ICWiP participants, Travel4You provides shuttle service from the Budapest (Ferihegy) Airport for 7800 HUF/person (one-way). The shuttle takes you right from the airport, to the ICWiP headquarters in Pécs.
More information on the shuttle services is available at
www.travel4you.hu . On-line reservation for the services is required, you can make it on the same website, for the special price you will have to enter 'icwip' in the comment field of the reservation form. The deadline for the shuttle service reservation is 17 July!
For your information we have searched for the prices for different travel options. The price for the train ride from Budapest (Keleti) to Pécs is currently 4250 HUF, while the bus ride (that is slightly longer in time) costs 3700 HUF (from the Budapest Nepliget station).

Tizennegyedszer lesz júliusban Pécsi Nemzetközi Kultúrhét, idén is megrendezik Európa egyik legnagyobb tematikus ifjúsági fesztiválját. Az idei ICWiP időpontja július 24. – július 31., fő helyszíne a pécsi Dóm tér. A Pécs 2010 - Európa Kulturális Fővárosa programsorozat kiemelt rendezvényének legnagyobb koncertjeit várhatóan Goran Bregovic és a Wedding and Funeral Orchestra, valamint a Pécs–Ruhr-vidék–Isztambul Karawane 2010 adja. A Goran Bregovic koncertre Budapestről élményvonat indul 2010. július 31-én 12.50-kor a Nyugati Pályaudvarról.
